About Us

Located in a small city between Buffalo and Niagara Falls New York in the City of Tonawanda, you'll find Lindsay advocating for play every chance she can!  

With a Bachelors in Fine Arts, a Bachelors of Education and a Master's of Science in Creativity and Innovation - her passion with play was born through her love of creativity.

Now she advocates for recess in her local schools, provides unique play opportunities for young children as well as teens through the 501c3 COT Neighbors United that she is thrilled to be apart of with some other amazing people and she's currently working towards educating adults on the importance of play, being outdoors and allowing children to take risks. 

Recess Training:

As important as recess is for children, it is also important that Admins, teachers and monitors understand what recess is.  

What it sounds like, what it feels like, what it looks like and what it isn't. Having staff go through a training on recess is vital for success.
